Anthony Ingargiola holds a Masters in Government Administration (MGA) from the prestigious Fels Institute of Government at The University of Pennsylvania. His government experience and academic achievement made Anthony a perfect fit at the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (PICA) where he served as Senior Analyst and Director of Capitol Analysis and Operations beginning in spring of 1997. Anthony has worked diligently to become an integral part of our civic, government and community life since arriving in Philadelphia in 1991.
